Thank you for your purchase from Piano Paradise! We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on your piano, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your investment
Warranty Coverage
Service areas included in the warranty, specific to this agreement are:

Structural related: crack or break in the iron plate, or the backposts from normal use.

Manufacturing related: faulty assembly of the action mechanist, warping of key, pedal malfunction, or loose tuning pins from everyday normal use.

Material related: abnormal string breakage, felt detachment, or keys becoming unglued from everydaynormal use.
If any of these parts fail under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or
replace the part at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, chipped keys, etc.)

Environmental damage (humidity, temperature changes, flooding, etc.)

Regular tuning or maintenance

Tuning pitch deviation

Abuse, neglect, or damage caused by moving the piano improperly
Player systems or electronic components (unless otherwise stated) -
Inoperable keys caused by environmental factors (e.g. excessive humidity, extreme temperatures,
excessive dryness) or foreign objects obstructing key movement. -
Cracked or moldy sound board due to environmental conditions such as excessive moisture or dryness

Damages caused by human factors, including impact, scratches, damage from pets, water, etc.

Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or relocation not performed by qualified technicians
Warranty Terms

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Claims must be made by contacting Piano Paradise directly.

Any repair work must be authorized and performed by Piano Paradise or a technician we approve in
writing. -
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Caring for Your Piano
To maintain this warranty, your piano should be kept in a climate-controlled environment, without direct
sunlight, and receive regular tuning and maintenance (recommended every 6–12 months). Damage due to
improper care may void the warranty.
